Nature's cocktail for general wellbeing The basis of our “GOLDBITTER ROYAL” is the “Schwedenkräuter”. Our "GOLDBITTER ROYAL" was developed from the well-known home remedy using a special recipe consisting of the sap of innumerable aromatic and medicinal alpine plants and herbs which considerably improved the properties of the famous “Schwedenbitter”. By regulating digestion it has an effect on the whole body. Excellent results are achieved with "GOLDBITTER ROYAL". Used as an external application or as taken internally as a drink, it relieves and reduces many common conditions and ailments that complicate everyday life. The average dosage is 1 teaspoon twice a day (diluted with a little bit of warm water or tea since it may lead to an irritation of the stomach in sensitive persons) taken before or after meals. Best results are achieved by using over a period of at least 21 days, although this may be extended to several months. Should the drink be found to be too bitter, a little sugar may be added. As an external application "GOLDBITTER ROYAL" may be used full-strength or diluted as a lotion or as a compress.

1. thickly coat the affected skin area with calendula cream
2. thoroughly wet a piece of cottonwool with "GOLDBITTER ROYAL"
3. place the cottonwool on the skin and cover with a large piece of cling film
4. cover with a suitably sized towelling or woollen cloth and keep in place with a bandage.

The bandage/compress influences the circulation. The skin is an excretory organ. Bandaging has a cleansing effect because it stimulates the excretory function of the skin.
Examples: applied undiluted to open wounds or to stop bleeding (careful, it burns) or diluted with water as a bandage for bruising, sprains, headaches, tonsillitis, middle ear infection, joint pain (apply an oil-rich cream first, it dries the skin).
"GOLDBITTER ROYAL" prevents the transference of athlete’s foot caused by socks or shoes and protects against heavy sweating and perspiration.
"GOLDBITTER ROYAL" has many uses while travelling, on outings, as well as sport, leaving the body pleasantly refreshed after exercise.

Minimum content: 100 ml
Recommendet use: take 1 -3 teaspoons with wather or diluted with herbal tea.
